Ashford Museum has moved it’s online donation facility to Virgin Moneygiving.
BT announced early this year that it was closing it’s BT My Donate platform through which the Museum has previously accepted online donations. Virgin Moneygiving, like BT My Donate, levy a small handling fee on each donation and do not charge a regular membership fee. The small volume of online donations received by the Museum would be absorbed by the membership fee that some other platforms charge.
A benefit to donors is that Virgin Moneygiving accepts donations via Paypal as well as debit/credit card.
